關於我國冰球員轉會籍及2011年世界青年U18錦標賽參賽年齡之問題，業經本會於日前去函國際冰球總會(IIHF)詢問，其答覆如下，請 查照。

- 依據國際冰球總會IIHF章程第205條規定(IIHF Bylaw 205)，”轉會籍 (transfer rights)”並不會影響球員代表所屬會員國(母國)參賽之權利，除非該名球員擁有多重國籍，則必須先取得轉會(清除他國會籍)之證明。如果球員沒有雙重國籍也非其他國家之公民，球員擁有代表所屬會員國(母國)參加IIHF正式錦標賽之權利。
The “transfer rights” do not have any affect to player eligibility except when a player needs to get a clearance for eligibility due to multiple citizenships (Bylaw 205).If this player does not have and has never had any other citizenship than Chinese Taipei, his current club, and thus the association where he is in, does not influence eligibility and therefore he may represent your country in the IIHF Championships.

- 另依據國際冰球總會IIHF章程第904條規定(IIHF Bylaw 205)，凡出生於1993年度之中華民國冰球員，可代表我國參加 2010/2011之IIHF世界青年U18冰球錦標賽。
As per IIHF Bylaw 904, players born in 1993 are eligible to play in the U18 category in the season 2010/2011.
