澳洲冰球協會會長 Don Rurak 特別致函本會舉辦2009世界青年U18第三級A組冰球錦標賽圓滿成功

On behalf of Ice Hockey Australia and IHA’s 2009 National U18 Team, I wish to extend our congratulations and appreciation on your hosting of the successful IIHF 2009 Division III U18 Championship. Our team and accompanying parents thoroughly enjoyed the experience and visit to your great city.

謹代表澳洲冰球協會及澳洲U18國家代表隊致上誠摯的恭賀和感謝貴協會成功的舉辦2009 年IIHF世界青年U18冰球第三級A組錦標賽。我們的隊伍及陪同家屬都非常愉悅與珍惜此次到台北的經驗。

Having also hosted a Championship we are acutely aware of the work and effort that goes into hosting a world championship. You are to be commended, and as they say in Aussie language - “Job Well Done”.

由於我們也承辦過IIHF的錦標賽，所以我們非常能夠感同身受貴會的用心與付出。你們是值得被讚賞的!

Our team hosts, Charlie and his mother Betty, were exceptional hosts and always had our team’s interests first and foremost. Without their assistance the team would not have enjoyed Taipei and the championship to the extent they experienced. We will always be in debt to their kindness and service. It was a tearful departure at the airport when we had to leave our extended family.

貴會所安排的隨隊人員-楊長霖(Charlie)和他的母親劉若婕(Betty)，我們十分感謝他們的盡心接待。

Our players look forward to perhaps visiting you again should you elect to host another championship. We also hope to host you someday in Australia so we can repay the hospitality you gave our team and accompanying parents.

假使貴會再次舉辦IIHF錦標賽的話，我們的球員將十分期待再次拜訪台北，我們也希望能有機會承辦到類似的IIHF錦標賽，屆時，我們將誠摯歡迎及款待貴國家代表隊及陪同家屬。
